QR codes are becoming popular as it’s capable of storing lots of data and allows user to access the information instantly. Today most of the businesses like restaurants, retail houses, coffee shops and consultants have started using QR codes to get noticed, generate sales and do it more with contactless solutions.

QR Codes, in short for “quick response” codes are square-shaped, two dimensional barcode that stores information in black and white data pixels (or “QR code modules”). Besides the black and white version, you may also create a colored QR code with your company logo inside. For these codes to work without any error, make sure the contrast is good and the result is not a wrong (in terms of color).

If you are on our free plan, you may not see some advance settings available. But if you have subscribed to our Pro Plan, you will find a whole lot of possibilities to design your QR code as per your brand.

After you click on the ‘QR Code’ icon on the top of your dashboard, you may start to choose from Module Settings and Eye Settings you want for your QR Code.

For Colors, you may choose any color of your choice for different gradients but make sure it doesn’t affect your QR code’s readability. You may also edit and choose colors for the Eye of QR Code  and make it even more catchy for your users to attract.

Then, you may choose to add a logo in the center of your QR Code. Click ‘Upload’ and choose an image from your device.

Under Appearance, Just toggle the button to green and start making the desired changes to your QR code.  You may add, QR Code Title with an option of choosing the Font, Font Size and Font Text Color. You may also select the QR Code background color to fill in different modes like Flat Same Color, Gradient up or down colors, while making sure its readable. All these edits, will highlight your QR code when placed publicly, showcasing your brand.

In the end, You may also hide JoyQR logo from your QR code, if you enable the toggle button on the right.

JoyQR is a free webpage that displays all your links in a mobile-friendly format perfect for easy scrolling. Having all of your links on one easy-to-see page is especially important for capturing the attention of your audience and highlight all the important content.

And the good news is it’s super easy to create links on your own JoyQR Profile and you don’t need any fancy HTML or CSS skills.

1. After you have successfully signed up and verified your account, just login to your JoyQR admin page.

2. Click "Add New Link", this opens a link builder below. Give your link a title, this will display as the link text. Thereafter, Paste or type the corresponding URL, where the title relates to. All the six icons below the Link correlates to the features available to standout your link in front of your audience.

3. If you have subscribed to "Plus" version, you may set up a Leap Link. A Leap Link sends visitors to a direct link instead of sending it to your JoyQR profile. It also means you can send this directly to your visitors when you’re having something epic. You can specify the time and date you want it to go live.

4. Next, You may upload a thumbnail of your choice (available under Free Plan).

5. Available under ‘Plus’ version, Priority Link means you can pick one of your links that is most appealing to attract your visitors. Then you can make a link selection style that you want to be your priority.

6. Available under ‘Plus’ version, Schedule Link enables or disables your links at a given time in different timezones. It’s more useful when scheduling posts for sharing, on Instagram or Facebook for time-sensitive content.

7. In the end, Make sure you have switched the toggle on the right to enable your link.

Setup key links and stand out your content

Video links is one of the biggie. Its one of the most popular and best ways to engage with your audience online. With YouTube being the leading platform for video content, we have given our users the ability to embed a video straight onto their JoyQR Profile.

The steps are quite simple, similar to adding links on JoyQR.

1. Login to your JoyQR admin and Click on "Add New Link".
2. Give your Link a "Title" and Paste a Youtube video URL in the URL field.

3. As you see the Mobile Preview of the Video on the right of your screen and "Save Changes". You can even change the video placement, by dragging the 6 dots on the right and move it wherever you like.

After login into your JoyQR account, Select Appearance tab. Underneath, you may choose the Theme from a number of free JoyQR themes.

Customize your Theme

We at JoyQR have enabled a Banner feature to user profiles allowing their visitors to discover ways to donate, educate and attend events in support of an important cause. We want to help strengthen these activist movements connect and rise.

This enables you to share your cause with your users whether they are in physical world or virtually on social media profiles. This ensures your cause gains public support and momentum easily. This is something we are keen about and don’t monetize on any new signups.

If you want to enable a banner on your JoyQR page to show your support for an important cause, just head to Settings tab on your JoyQR admin.

Toggle On Custom Banner to add to your JoyQR page. This opens the Custom Banner editor.

Next you can add the Banner Title, Choose a Font, Message Content, Banner Label and URL for support link.

You can enable Custom Banner Colors to highlight your cause, with Custom colors on Title, text, button and background.
